Egg Turkey Bacon Sandwich


Ingredients


1 Croissant

1 Tsp. Butter

A Pinch of Black Pepper

2 Eggs

1 Tsp. Mayo

1/4 Tsp. Mustard

5 Strips of Turkey Bacon

3 Strips Lettuce


Hot Beverage

1 Pack of Instant Ginger Tea

Hot Water (boiled)


Fruit

1 Peach (canned)




Directions


Preparing this healthy egg turkey bacon sandwich is quick and easy. First, fry your turkey bacon, no oil is necessary. Then add one teaspoon of butter to fry your eggs. Slice the croissant in two and toast the insides. Add the mustard and mayo to the toasted side of the croissant, then add your lettuce (washed and drained of all liquid), fried turkey bacon, and eggs. Then enjoy!


Hot beverage: Add instant ginger tea to a teacup and pour hot water then mix thoroughly.


Fruit: Today I am having canned peach, I really enjoy it.
