How To Make Egg Salad On Toast

This is a simple quick fix for breakfast, brunch, or supper. If you want something light, quick, and healthy, this might do the trick. This is one of my favorite dishes for breakfast, especially for my ASMR Food Vlog. It's deliciously tasty!

Egg Salad on Toast


2 Slices of Bread

Garlic Butter

2 Eggs

1/2 Cucumber

About 2 Tsp. Purple Onion

1 Tsp mustard

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Hot Beverage

Mountain Peak 3-in-1 Coffee

Hot Water (boiled)

Cold Beverage

1/2 Pineapple

Pineapple Juice (from boiled pineapple peel)


Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread and place them in the air fryer for 4 minutes. Dice the onion and cucumber and place them in a bowl. Add the mustard and mayonnaise. Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes. Cool the eggs in cold (iced) water, then deshell them. Dice them and add them to the other ingredients in the bowl. Fold in until evenly combined.

Hot beverage: Add mountain peak 3-in-1 coffee to a teacup and pour hot water then mix thoroughly.

Cold beverage: Use a juicer to extract the juice from the pineapple, and add pineapple juice (boiled pineapple peal)
