Shrimp Egg Tuna Salad Veggies with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Thanks for stopping by :) Today's meal was such a treat. I cooked boiled shrimp and eggs, with tuna vegetable salad, and sautéed vegetables in Thai sweet chili sauce and enjoyed that with some romaine lettuce. Mhmmm, it was delicious! Check it out!







Ingredients


  • Boiled Shrimp

Shrimp

Salt

Crushed Ginger & Garlic

Water


Instructions: Add crushed ginger and garlic to water and bring it to a boil, then add the shrimp and cook to your liking.


  • Tuna Salad

Tuna Flakes (remove the water)

Mustard

Mayo

Onion

Tomato

Cucumber

Black Pepper

Italian Blend (seasoning)


Instructions: Wash and chop all vegetables, and place them in a bowl. Then add mustard, and mayo, and mix until combined. Then add black pepper and Italian blend. Mix in properly to ensure even distribution.


  • Boiled Eggs

Eggs

Water

Salt


Add water and salt to a pot, bring it to a boil, then add the eggs. Let boil for about eight minutes. Remove from the hot pot and place in another container. Add cold water and leave for about 5 minutes then deshell them.


Serve the shrimp, eggs, and tuna salad with lettuce and sautéed vegetables in Thai sweet chili sauce. unbelievably tasty and delicious dish.
