Today I had a hankering for some French toast, eggs, and turkey bacon, so I woke up early and this is what happened...
This is how to prepare my eggs, bacon, and toast for breakfast :)
Tip #1 - Preparing Your Toast
Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread before smothering your sliced bread in eggs and then fry them. No oil is necessary, simply use butter to grease the saucepan. I used about 2 tablespoons of butter.
I beat two eggs and add spring onion to the mixture, after which I dip the bread slices in and fully cover them with the mixture.
Tip #2 - Preparing Your Egg & Turkey Bacon
Frying the turkey bacon is easy. It requires no oil because the bacon already has its own fat. So preheat your saucepan (I used my electric skillet), then add your turkey bacon. Fry to your preference. Then add a little butter to your saucepan, about one teaspoon, then add your egg. I added the remaining spring onion to the top of my egg, along with parmesan cheese, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
