1 Small Sweet Potato
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Mixed Nuts (Cashew, Almond, Peanut, Pistachio & Pecan)
2 Mochi Ice Cream (2 singles)
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Vanilla Essence
Preparing my sweet Potato Nut Smoothie Sub Fix is super easy and quick. Wash, chop then blend all ingredients and serve cold.
This recipe is perfect for any time of day. I find this to be an excellent substitute for me when I am hungry but I don't want anything that I will have to chew. Sometimes I get very tired of chewing solids.
