How To Make Tofu Fried Rice

Tofu Fried Rice cooked with corn and vegetables is so delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed this dish, and so I am happy to share it with you.


Feel free to add your own spices and vegetables that you enjoy.

This is how to make tofu fried rice the way I enjoy it :)


Tip #1 - Fry Your Tofu Properly


I dice my tofu into small cubes and season them with black pepper and other spices, then fry them for about 15 to 20 minutes in hot coconut oil.


Be sure to bring the oil to advance heat before adding your tofu. The oil must be very hot and it must be enough to cover the tofu cubes while being fried.





Tip #2 - Adding All Ingredients For The Tofu Fried Rice Together


In addition to my seasoned and fried tofu, I also added onions, eggs, bell pepper, spring onion, black pepper, corn, and Thai sweet chili sauce to my dish. You can add other spices and veggies as you like, based on your own preference.


In a big enough saucepan (I used my electric skillet) pour your coconut oil and wait for it to get heated. Then fry your egg. You can remove the egg from the pot to be readded later, or move it to one side of the pot, then add your onions. Let them fry for a bit before adding your rice. Once your rice is combined properly, you can stir in your egg and the other ingredients. Add your corn, bell pepper, Thai sweet chili sauce, salt, etc.



A good home-cooked meal can satisfy your taste buds to the same levels that your favorite restauran can.
