I love pizza, it is one of my favorite meals. However, I prefer to make it at home to ensure that I am in control of the ingredients used.
I will prepare a video to show you exactly how I make tomato sauce for my homemade pizza soon, however, I'm happy to share with you, how I make delicious homemade fried chicken pizza.
Tomato Sauce Ingredients
1 Large Salad Tomato
Italian Blend Seasoning
Table Blend Seasoning
Fiesta Lime Seasoning
1/4 Cup Roasted Bell Peer & Onion
1 Tsp. Butter
21 Tsp Black Pepper (grounded)
Garlic
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
I blend all my ingredients, except for the butter. Then I put a saucepan on heat, and add the butter. When the butter has melted, I add the blended ingredients. I let that cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness that I desire.
French Fried Chicken Breast
1 Cut of Chicken Breast
Black Pepper
Table Blend Seasoning
Chicken Seasoning
Egg
Flour
Salt
Coconut Oil
After cleaning my chicken, I mix all the seasoning and black pepper in about 1 teaspoon of oil, then slather the chicken with it. After this, add the egg to the chicken, and mix it in evenly. Finally, lightly cover the chicken with flour. Then in a saucepan, I added enough oil to cover the chicken. When this is hot I add the chicken, keeping it on high heat. I allow each side to get golden brown, then I remove it from the heat. I cut the meat into chunks, to my liking.
When making my pizza, I am using store-bought pizza bread so first I add tomato sauce as my base on top of the store-bought bread. Then I add raw onions and sweet pepper, a bit more of the roasted peppers, and onion (just a little), my chicken, and cover that with parmesan cheese.
Mwah! Delicious!
I enjoyed this with a homemade Banana Chocolate Smoothie. This is a super simple recipe. I simply blended two purple bananas with two packs of instant chocolate mix and added some vanilla essence and cinnamon, with crushed ice.
