Bisquick Coffee Cake Recipe

Bisquick Coffee Cake Recipe

1 Mountain Peak Instant Coffee (3-in-1)

2 Eggs

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

1 Tsp Vanilla Flavor

1 Cup Bisquick Pancake & Baking Mix

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp. Nutmeg

1 Tsp. Cinnamon

How To Make Coconut Milk

Dehusk a coconut

Dice or chop it into small pieces

Add to blender

Add water (I like using filtered water)

Blend using the 'grating' feature

Strain (separate the coconut flakes from the liquid)

Instructions: Using a whisk combine the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla together for about one minute. Add the flour (sift flour), instant coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder, then whisk some more. Pour into the baking container when finished then bake.
