I have made the best banana bread that I have ever tasted. It was perfect!
Banana Bread Recipe
1 Ripe Banana
1 Egg
3 Tsp Coconut Oil
Mix them together. Then add the following dry ingredients:
1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
Cinnamon (to your taste)
Nutmeg (to your taste)
2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes ( Grated)
Fold until combined.
