I love pizza, it is one of my favorite dishes. Today I made a gluten-free pizza, I hope you enjoy this recipe.
Gluten-Free Pizza Recipe
Gluten-free Pizza Crust Ingredients
1 Cut of Chicken Breast
Table Blend Seasoning
Chipotle Blend Seasoning
1 Cup Cauliflower
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Cheese
1 Egg
Prepare The Chicken
Clean & Wash Chicken Breast then add the seasoning and salt (set aside for about 15 minutes for it to marinate)
Chop the meat into small pieces or use the processor to mince it
Using a saucepan, add oil and when hot, add the chicken
Fry until all pink color is gone (for about 7 minutes depending on the amount)
Remove from the saucepan and place the meat into a bowl
Directions
You can use the cauliflower cooked or raw. Crush the cauliflower using a pounder or using a processor. You can also use your blender but do not add water. Once sufficiently crushed, add to the bowl with the chicken. Add an egg and the cheese and mix all the ingredients together until satisfactorily combined. Grease your baking pan, pour the mixture into the baking pan, then place in the oven for 8-15 minutes. I used the baking feature at 400 degrees.
Once that is done, spread the tomato/pizza sauce on top, followed by your cheese of choice, then all your toppings. I used onion, sweet pepper, pineapple, and fried chicken.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. I used the confectionary feature to complete the baking of the pizza.
