  • Filtered Water

  • Sea Moss

  • Pineapple Water

Instructions


When making Juice and Smoothie recipes, remember to wash your fruits and vegetables thoroughly and check to make sure they are not expired. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend using the smoothie feature for about 5 minutes, or until smooth, and I use the Nutribullet Centrifugal Juicer. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then enjoy.
